Bulgaria: Inspection Trips Options
We offer two options for your inspection trip as outlined below.
Option 1
Organized viewing trip - £249
The viewing trips will be every Thursday from Manchester Airport and every single day from London Airports.
This is the most common form of viewing trip and consists of all transfers, property viewings and three night's accommodation in a 3 star hotel.
Day 1
Pick up at the airport by one of our sales executives and transferred to a hotel. Clients are left to relax or explore, as they so desire.
Day 2
Pick up from the hotel by a sales executive. We take you on a viewing trip. This can be as long, or as short as you desire. Once we have shown you the properties of your interest in that region and the complex sites, you get the opportunity to ask our sales executives any questions/concerns that you may have. You are then returned to your accommodation.
Day 3
Pick up from the hotel by a sales executive. We take you on a viewing trip if there are any other properties you want to see. We offer a full independent legal service. Our lawyers are fully qualified and have a complete knowledge of Bulgarian property law. Then we will transfer you back to you hotel where you will stay the night.
Day 4
Pick up from your accommodation by one of our sales executives and transferred to the airport for the flight home.
Option 2
If the client wishes to arrange a viewing trip by them self we are more than happy to assist, offering our services in Bulgaria.
